McCain in '08 Presidential Mix

According to AP, John McCain is being mentioned in the context of a serious Presidential contest in 2008.
It's little wonder that his foray into the baseball scandal has revived Republican speculation about McCain and the 2008 presidential race.
Steroids are not a hot Presidential issue, despite President Bush's nod in his January State of the Union address. Steroids have not captivated many imaginations.

No, the story is not serious, no matter its intent.

If John McCain does for steroids in professional baseball what he did for campaign finance reform, the players will be mainlining skank between innings at the All Star Game within a year.

Steven Taylor beat me to this story. He calls it the "Lame Story of the Day."

Erick Erickson calls it "idot talk."
