Howard Dean on Meet the Press

Tim Russert gave a segment to Howard Dean this morning. This is from a rough draft of today's Rightsided Newsletter:

He [Dean] boasted that he hand single-handedly "brought in thousands of new people to the Democratic Party, especially the young people." (That was based on a novelty which has long since worn off, though.) He wants to change his party to one which takes directions from the States, rather than one which hands orders to the States from the national level. He's taking a cue from a new movement in the Dem Party, one of those put off by the Nancy Pelosis and the Hillary Clintons. (We could include JF Kerry, but he is not a party leader.)
