Iraqis overseas get the vote

With the American media wondering whether Iraqi elections cane be held in January without the "Kerry correction" of American policy, the Iraqis are decided the details. After debating the issue for months, Iraq's electoral commission has decided that Iraqis living abroad may participate in the January elections. The Iraqis have enlisted International Organization for Migration to help with the process.

Voter registration in Iraq continues at some 550 registration centers.

It is my sincere hope that now that the media and others no longer need to assert that Iraq is a quagmire/'nother Vietnam to try to influence people to vote against the President, they can start talking about what is happening in Iraq. And why it is all the more remarkable what these people are doing despite the terrorists trying to stop them.
