Bush v. Gore

I heard on MSNBC, from an NYU law professor, that the 2000 Supreme Court case of Bush v. Gore has been used twice in Ohio this election in an attempt to get its rule demanding a uniform counting of provisional balloting implemented by the State.

They should have written a "George Sutherland" opinion, as I used to call them: narrowly and conservatively written so as to apply only to the specific facts in the particular case being decided.
