Senator Mark Dayton is a Target

Minnesota Democrat Senator Mark Dayton has closed his Capitol Hill offices he said, because he is afraid that his staff – indeed, all of Congress -- is a Target for terrorists. This confused lawmakers and observers – "Huh?" – but I've figured out his Target mentality,
