Edwards on Face the Nation

This is from the rough draft of the Rightsided Newsletter. It is a bit about John Edwards's appearance on CBS's Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer:

Even though France and Germany have sworn no troops to Iraq, Edwards insisted that we need "a new President [to bring] credibility with the rest of the world." Schieffer asked him just what would Kerry do. (He hadn't heard specifics, either.) Edwards answered by averring that Bush had done everything wrong, so Kerry would have to do better. He added that implementing Kerry's plan of training more Iraqi troops and speeding reconstruction would convince the French and the Germans to help out, if not by sending troops then by training Iraqis.

The rest of the RSN will be available online soon...
