Allawi to Remove Zarqawi

Check out Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, speaking to his national council Wednesday:
"If Zarqawi and his group are not handed over to us, we are ready for major operations in Falluja," Allawi told Iraq's interim national council on Wednesday. "I hope they (people in Falluja) will respond. If they don't, we will have to use force."
Of course, there is a school of thought here in the United States which would force Allawi to continue negotiating, ad infinitum/ad nauseam, as Zaraqawi continued his killing.

No, I am not saying that any Presidential candidate would advocate that. We really don't know what JF Kerry would do in such a situation and hopefully will never have the opportunity to find out up close; rather, I'm looking at the possibility of the Chirac/Kerry doctrine being applied universally.
